Michael Roberson

Michael Roberson is a food safety and public health leader currently serving as the Director of Corporate Quality Assurance at Publix Super Markets. With extensive experience in the food industry, they previously held positions such as Corporate Manager of Quality Assurance and Food Safety at Albertsons Companies and Microbiologist at Walt Disney World. Michael has actively contributed to food safety initiatives, including testimony before the U.S. Senate HELP Committee and involvement with various food safety organizations. They hold a M.S. from Michigan State University and a B.S. from Mississippi State University.
