Stephen Cupo

Stephen Cupo has a diverse background in customer service and support roles across various industries. Currently employed at the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as part of Guest & Member Relations since November 2025, Stephen also holds a position as a Deli Clerk at Publix Super Markets. Previous experience includes roles such as Floor Staff at Regal, a Campus Safety Student Assistant at the University of Tampa, and various positions in food service, including Waiter at Alamo Drafthouse Cinema and Crew Member at Wendy's. Stephen has also served as a Camp Counselor and Data Specialist for Girl Scouts of West Central Florida. An internship at Guardian Life provided experience in access and identity management, where Stephen contributed to security risk minimization and digital strategy revamps. Stephen is pursuing a degree in Accounting at the University of Tampa, expected to graduate in 2025, and is a Tottenville High School alumnus.
