Stephen Serao has extensive experience in project management and IT infrastructure support. At Flight Centre Travel Group from April 2007 to March 2010, Stephen served as Infrastructure Support and later as Project Manager from April 2013 to March 2020, leading various IT projects including Azure application migrations and the merger of ticketing systems across North America. Currently, as Project Manager at Publix Super Markets since March 2021, Stephen oversees the lifecycle of infrastructure and finance projects while implementing strategic cost-saving initiatives.
