Vic Abbott

Vic Abbott has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving in a semi-retired capacity at Publix Super Markets since March 2017. Prior roles include Human Resources Generalist at Airgas USA and various HR Manager positions at Gas South, Mission Foods, Universal Tax Systems, and Zartic Inc. Over the years, Vic has developed expertise in employee relations, performance management, coaching, policy administration, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, safety, workers compensation, and employee training and development. Vic holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Shorter University, obtained between 2001 and 2006.
