Jason Wechsler

Jason Wechsler has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting. Jason started their career at KPMG US as a Senior Associate in 2002. Jason then worked at KPMG UK as an Assistant Manager, primarily performing financial statement audits and assisting clients in determining appropriate accounting treatment. After that, they joined AOL Europe as an Accounting Policy Manager, where they researched technical accounting matters and reviewed interactive marketing and advertising agreements. Jason then joined Microsoft - Skype as an Accounting Policy Senior Manager, responsible for US GAAP technical accounting matters and solving complex accounting issues. Jason wrote technical accounting memos on the new revenue standard and owned the approval process for material contracts. Currently, Jason is working at PubMatic as the VP of Finance, overseeing revenue accounting and finance automation. Jason has held multiple roles within PubMatic, including Senior Director of Revenue Accounting and Director of Revenue Technical Accounting.

Jason Wechsler received their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the University of Maryland in 2002. Jason also obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification in 2003.
