Saba Iqbal

Saba Iqbal is a seasoned professional in customer service and operations, currently serving as Team Lead for Customer Service & Operations, EMEA at PubMatic since October 2024. Prior to this role, Saba held several positions at PubMatic, starting as Customer Success Operations Manager, EMEA in October 2021, and advancing to Senior Customer Success Operations Manager. Experience includes managing programmatic ad operations at CyberMedia and leading ad operations at Streamlyn Media & Academy of Digital Marketing. A former team lead and senior engineer for ad operations at Google through HCL vendor, Saba has extensive knowledge of the Ad Tech landscape, particularly in RTB, ad servers, SSPs, and DSPs. Earlier experience also includes working as a System Analyst at Unisys India, providing post-sales technical support. Saba holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Chandigarh Engineering College, completed in 2015.
