Vasu Cherlopalle

Vasu Cherlopalle has an extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Vasu started their career at Gemplus Canada as a Programmer Analyst, where they developed software for SIM cards and optimized server performance. Then, they joined Kilmist Corporation as a Vice President/Senior Software Architect for nine years.

Cherlopalle then joined Polycom Inc. and held various roles, including Staff Software Engineer, UI Software Development Manager, Senior Software Development Manager, and Director of Cloud Engineering. In these roles, they oversaw the development of video conferencing systems, managed software teams, and coordinated with product management and operations.

Currently, Cherlopalle is working at PubMatic as a Vice President. Vasu has held roles such as Vice President of Real-time bidding & Analytics, Vice President of Big Data and Analytics, Sr. Director of Technology, and Director of Technology. In these positions, they spearheaded the development of data platforms, connected TV SDKs, and mobile advertising solutions. Vasu also received awards for service excellence and product innovation during their time at PubMatic.

Vasu Cherlopalle completed an Executive Certification in General Management from the Texas McCombs School of Business from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they pursued Masters level Engineering Coursework at Concordia University from 1997 to 1998. In addition, they earned a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University from 1990 to 1995.
