Tomasz Weissbek

Tomasz Weissbek has over ten years of work experience in engineering and software development. Tomasz began their career as a Ruby Developer at Polcode in March 2013. Tomasz then moved to Looplay Music, where they served as the CTO from June 2013 to April 2014. After that, Tomasz joined PubNub in April 2013, starting as a Ruby Architect and later progressing to become a Software Engineer. Tomasz then took on higher-level roles at PubNub, including Engineering Manager, Senior Engineering Manager, and currently serves as the Director of Engineering since August 2023.

Tomasz Weissbek attended the Wyższa Szkoła Technologii Informatycznych w Katowicach from 2010 to 2015, majoring in Informatyka. Tomasz also studied Projektowanie graficzne at the same institution from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they pursued Informatyka at The Silesian University of Technology from 2008 to 2010. In addition, Tomasz obtained various certifications in Agile and Scrum methodologies, including the Professional Agile Leadership™, Scaled Professional Scrum™, and Professional Scrum Master™ certifications from Scrum.org.
