William Markley

William Markley has a diverse work experience, starting from their early years as an Audit Senior at Deloitte from 1986 to 1990. William then worked as the Corporate Accounting & Risk Manager at New Venture Gear, where they managed corporate accounting and risk for a joint venture between General Motors and Chrysler Corporation. In 1997, they joined Honeywell Friction Materials as the Director of Finance, Americas, before becoming the Vice President of Finance & Controller at TriMas Corporation from 2002 to 2005. Following that, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Ghafari Associates for a year, and then worked as a Principal at Endeavorus LLC from 2005 to 2008. From 2009 to 2020, they were a Senior Director at Alvarez & Marsal, where they filled various roles including CFO and Corporate Controller, and worked on improvement projects in industries such as software, business services, construction, and manufacturing. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Financial Officer at Modigent since 2020.

William Markley holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business. William completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business in 1997.
