Kevin Winner

Kevin Winner is currently the IT Director at Pueblo of Jemez. Kevin has over 19 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Kevin has also been involved with the International Right of Way Association, where they served as the Region 9 Chairman. In this role, they were responsible for maintaining relationships with each chapter in the region and ensuring that important tasks were completed in a timely manner. Kevin is a highly skilled negotiator and has successfully negotiated numerous right of way easements and property rights agreements.

Kevin Winner graduated with a BA in Communications from The University of New Mexico. Kevin then attended UNM Anderson School of Management and earned their Master's of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance. Kevin is also certified from the International Right of Way Association in SR/WA.
