Jessica Blackford has extensive experience in customer service and utilities management. Since November 2018, Jessica has worked at Pueblo Water as both a Customer Service Representative and Service Dispatcher, focusing on tasks related to technical, distribution, and emergency management, as well as water billing. Prior experience includes serving as a Utilities Customer Service Representative at Pueblo West Metropolitan District from September 2016 to November 2018, also specializing in water billing. Jessica's career began at AT&T call center as a Customer Service Representative from October 2014 to 2016, and notable earlier roles at Barnes & Noble from 2008 to 2016 included positions such as Merchandise Manager, Head Cashier, Children's Lead, and Bookseller. Jessica is a graduate of Pueblo County High School.
