Javier Flores Torres is an accomplished Ingeniero en Prevención de Riesgos with extensive experience in risk prevention and management. Since July 2022, Javier has been serving at Puerto Coronel, focusing on safety measures within the organization. Prior to this role, Javier worked at INGENIERÍA Y SERVICIOS INDUSTRIALES R&M SPA as an Experto en Prevención de Riesgos SSOMA, contributing to excavation projects related to EMISARIO PCNA.
