Richard Ramirez

Richard Ramirez has over a decade of experience in water treatment and regulatory compliance, currently serving as a Regulatory Compliance Specialist and Potable Water Treatment Plant Operator IV at the Puerto Rico Aqueduct & Sewer Authority since October 2013. In this role, Richard Ramirez maintains water treatment plant systems to ensure a clean community water supply and oversees the purification and disinfection of drinking water. Prior to this, Richard Ramirez worked as an IRS Consultant at Softek, Inc. from October 2011 to October 2012, where responsibilities included providing customer service as a Support Technician in the IvuLoto Department, demonstrating a detail-oriented approach in challenging situations. Richard Ramirez holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Microbiology from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez, earned from 2005 to 2012.
