Kimberly Gusoff has accumulated extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as a Server at Puesto since January 2021. Prior roles include serving at The Yardhouse Restaurant from October 2019 to September 2022, and positions at Del Frisco's Restaurant Group, Max Brenner International, and Texas Roadhouse. Kimberly also served as a Server Trainer at Tavern on Broad, where responsibilities included training new employees and serving guests. Earlier career experience includes managing a store at The Pretzel Revolution and working as a Customer Service Associate at Wawa, Inc. Kimberly holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, earned in 2018.

It was tacos from the beginning. Our family story begins with tacos. As first-generation Mexican Americans, we have been immersed in authentic, Mexican cooking since childhood. Traveling has fueled our fascination with how local cuisine reflects the people, art and culture of a city. We frequently visit Mexico City on the hunt for everything from innovative flavors to treasured family traditions handed down from generation to generation. Puesto is where we bring all of that inspiration to life.
