Mark Marin

Mark Marin has a diverse work experience in various legal roles. Mark began their career as a Law Clerk and Judicial Extern at the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio in 1999. Mark then worked as an Intellectual Property Attorney at ExxonMobil from 2001 to 2006. Following this, they became a Partner at Norris, McLaughlin & Marcus, P.A. from 2006 to 2014.

Mark then worked as a Senior Intellectual Property and Commercial Counsel at Quirky Inc from 2014 to 2016. Mark later joined Wink in 2016 as the Head Of Legal, where they oversaw the legal aspects of the company and its industry-leading platform. Mark left Wink in 2018.

In 2018, Mark had two roles simultaneously. Mark worked as the Senior Corporate Counsel at Flex from June to October, and also as the General Counsel at Barstool Sports from November 2018 to November 2019. During this time, they also became a Founding Member of TechGC in October 2017.

Currently, Mark holds the position of General Counsel at Puffco since November 2019. Mark is responsible for providing legal counsel and advisory services for the company.

Mark Marin attended Syracuse University College of Law, where they obtained a Juris Doctor degree in Law. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate education at the University of Miami, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Chemistry. Mark also has additional certifications such as the New Jersey Bar, United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, United States District Court, District of New Jersey, and the United States Patent and Trademark Office Bar.
