Francis Jean-Baptiste

Francis Jean-Baptiste, MBA, has extensive experience in the IT field, currently serving as IT Manager at Puffer-Sweiven since October 1995, where significant contributions included facilitating the company's recovery post-Hurricane Rita in 2005 and enhancing product implementation practices. Prior experience includes roles as Supervisor and Senior Unix Administrator at Petrocon/Samref, where system updates and an automated backup program were established, as well as Systems Administrator at KBR, where expertise in UNIX system management was developed. Earlier career beginnings include positions as Programmer Analyst for the City of San Antonio and Customer Service Representative at Ford Motor Credit Company.
