Irene M. Carbonell

Irene M. Carbonell is an experienced project manager with a diverse background in civil engineering and project coordination. Currently, Irene serves as a Project Manager and Project Coordinator at Puffer-Sweiven since December 2022 and has been a member of Elpha since June 2022. Prior experience includes managing projects at Harvard Division of Continuing Education and teaching various civil engineering courses at Universidad Metropolitana. Irene has also held civil project engineering positions at Siemens and ABB, contributing to the construction of multiple electrical substations. Irene holds an MBA in Business and a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad Metropolitana, along with certifications in project management.
