Migdali Romero

Migdali Romero has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Gerente de Recursos Humanos y Servicios Generales for Chile and Peru at Puffer-Sweiven since March 2012, where responsibilities span across Latin America including Colombia, Venezuela, and Ecuador. Prior to this role, Migdali held positions as Human Resources Manager at ITTACA & Servicios RH and Senior HR Advisor at BP, where key contributions included leading integration projects and coordinating HR processes in compliance with local laws. Migdali began a career in human resources with ARCO, progressing from HR Analyst to Human Resource Operations Advisor before the company's merge with BP. Migdali’s educational background includes a Master's in Human Resources Management and a degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacín, as well as coaching qualifications from Newfield Consulting.
