Puget Sound Regional Council
Paul Inghram, FAICP, currently serves as the Director of Growth Management Planning at the Puget Sound Regional Council since September 2015, overseeing planning for the Seattle metro-region with a population of 4.3 million, including the adoption of VISION 2050. In addition, Paul has held various roles at the University of Washington UDP Professionals Council since June 2005, including Board Member, and served as the Comprehensive Planning Manager for the City of Bellevue from January 2006 to August 2015, where responsibilities included managing the Planning Commission and leading the BelRed Subarea Plan adoption. Paul has contributed to the American Institute of Certified Planners as President from June 2009 to June 2011 and has a substantial background in planning with previous positions at BHC Consultants, David Nemens Associates, Inghram Design Consultants, JM Consulting Group, and the US Navy. Paul holds a BA in Urban Design and Planning from the University of Washington, an MBA from Seattle University, and completed the Senior Executive Institute at the University of Virginia.
