The Human Resources Team at Puget Sound Regional Fire Authority is responsible for managing all aspects of employee relations and workforce management. This includes recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new employees, administering benefits, overseeing employee training and development, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting the overall well-being and professional growth of the organization’s 326 employees. They play a crucial role in maintaining an effective and motivated workforce that supports Puget Sound Fire's mission of protecting life, property, and the environment.
