Alba Guerra Recas has extensive experience in corporate communications and media production. Alba began their career in 2003 as an Editor/Presenter for the financial news program at Intereconomía. Alba then worked as an Editor/Presenter for the news program at RNE, a Corporate Communications Advisor at PwC, and as a Journalist and News Programs Responsible at XTVL.
In 2004, Alba became the Corporate Communications Manager at Col·legi oficial de metges de Girona. Alba then joined The History Channel, Iberia B.V. as an Executive Producer, managing the production and distribution of TV series and documentaries. During this time, they also worked on the internationally distributed TV documentary "Waves of Liberty" as a Scriptwriter and Executive Producer.
Alba later became a Communications Consultant at Hill+Knowlton Strategies España, providing communications and public relations consultancy to various companies. Alba then joined Merck Group as an Internal & External Communications Manager, serving as a Communications Business Partner for different business units and managing various communication aspects including crisis communication, social media management, and corporate responsibility.
Currently, Alba works at Puig, where they started as a Corporate Communications Group Manager and progressed to the position of Global Internal Corporate Communications Manager. Alba currently holds the role of Global Internal Corporate Communications Director.
Alba Guerra Recas completed a Master's degree in Marketing Managing Direction at EADA Business School from 2009 to 2010. Prior to that, they pursued another Master's degree in Corporate Communications Managing Direction at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona from 2006 to 2007. Their educational journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, where they studied from 2000 to 2004.
