Andrea Zmeskalova

Andrea Zmeskalova has a diverse work experience in the field of e-commerce and retail. Andrea is currently the Global Head of Consumer Marketing at Puig, where they oversee the marketing strategies for Penhaligon's, L'Artisan Parfumeur, and Kama Ayurveda. Prior to this, they were the Global Senior Retailer.com & 3PP Manager at Puig as well.

Before joining Puig, Andrea worked at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. as the Global Retailer.com & 3PP Manager for Jo Malone London. Andrea was responsible for managing the online presence and partnerships for the brand.

Andrea also has experience in e-commerce and department store partnerships at EssilorLuxottica. Andrea managed the department store eCommerce on partners' websites in the UK, Ireland, and the Netherlands, and developed and planned the overall eCommerce sales strategy.

In addition, Andrea has worked as an E-Commerce/Digital Marketing Manager at both Question Air and Alexia Fashion Limited. Andrea was responsible for overseeing website operations and developing strategies for e-commerce growth.

Early in their career, Andrea worked as a Retail Manager for Day Birger et Mikkelsen, where they managed department stores in the UK.

Andrea Zmeskalova pursued a BA (HONS) in Business Studies from The Open University from 2006 to 2012. Andrea then studied at London Metropolitan University, completing an HNC in Business Management from 2004 to 2006. In 2012, they obtained a CIW Certificate in E-commerce Specialist from CIW. Additionally, they earned a Certificate in Personal Coaching from The Coaching Academy and a WSET Level 1 Award in Wines from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
