Emma Smith-Thorpe

Emma Smith-Thorpe has a strong background in Human Resources, with experience in various leadership roles. Emma is currently the Head of HR at Puig, a position they started in January 2023. Prior to this, they held the same role at both L'Artisan Parfumeur and Penhaligon's, from April 2021 to November 2023. Before that, they served as a Senior HR Manager at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield and Westfield, from June 2018 to March 2019 and January 2018 to June 2018, respectively. Emma also has experience as an Interim HR Manager at Miss Selfridge and as an Interim People Partner at Coast. Emma started their career as an HR Business Partner at Liberty Ltd, followed by a role as HR Manager at Links of London, Folli Follie, and Juicy Couture. Emma began their HR career as a Senior HR Advisor at T.M.Lewin.

Emma Smith-Thorpe completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and Media Studies from De Montfort University from 2000 to 2003. Emma then pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Middlesex University from 2006 to 2007.
