Isabella Masieri

Isabella Masieri is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Director for Travel Retail Americas at Puig since April 2024. Previously, Isabella held various HR roles at Tiffany & Co. from July 2021 to March 2024, including Manager of HR Business Partner for Industrial and Talent Acquisition Specialist for Diamond & Jewelry Supply and Distribution & Corporate Groups. Additional experience includes working as a Work Coach Executive Officer at the Department for Work and Pensions, where Isabella managed a caseload of claimants, and several recruitment roles at Clearfield Recruitment Ltd and Adecco Group, where notable achievements included doubling team profits and successfully managing the recruitment cycle for thousands of temporary staff.
