Nicolas Vo van

Nicolas Vo Van serves as the General Manager for Southeast Asia (Niche Fragrances) at Puig since March 2022, overseeing a cross-functional team and managing a comprehensive business strategy for luxury fragrance brands. Previously, Nicolas held the role of General Manager for Penhaligon's in the APAC region, where notable achievements included exceeding budget targets and enhancing retail capabilities. With extensive experience at Swarovski, Nicolas progressed through various leadership roles including Director of Retail and Head of Merchandising, shaping retail and merchandising strategies across multiple markets. Nicolas holds a Master's degree in International Management from Esade and a Bachelor's degree in Management from the University of Warwick, complemented by commerce studies at The University of British Columbia.
