Amanda Rodenhauser is an experienced educator specializing in bilingual and early world language instruction. Currently serving as a 3-5 Early World Language Teacher at Pulaski Community School District since August 2015, Amanda teaches Spanish and provides cultural learning experiences, while also revising the curriculum in alignment with ACTFL Standards and mentoring new teachers. Prior to this role, Amanda worked for the Green Bay Area Public School District as a Bilingual Spanish Teacher from 2010 to 2015, where responsibilities included teaching all subjects to third grade bilingual students, co-creating a bilingual curriculum, and conducting parent-teacher conferences in both Spanish and English. Amanda's international experiences include a study abroad course in Cuernavaca, Mexico, and a teaching role in the same city, which enhanced Amanda’s understanding of Mexican culture and school systems. Amanda holds an ESL and Bilingual/Bicultural Certification from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and a Bachelor’s degree with a double major in Spanish and Education from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
