Thomas Mastrocinque

Thomas Mastrocinque, CSP, ARM, CRIS, CHST, CUSP, ENV-SP, is currently serving as the Corporate Director of Environmental, Health and Safety at Pulice Construction, Inc. (Dragados Family of Companies), a heavy civil general engineering contractor and construction manager. With a background in safety management in various construction companies and experience as a Safety Officer in the U.S. Army and Army National Guard, Thomas has a strong foundation in ensuring environmental, health, and safety protocols are upheld in construction projects. Thomas holds a Master of Science in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University, as well as a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Education from the State University of New York at Old Westbury.
