Augustine Kasambule

Augustine Kasambule serves as the Congo Basin Program Coordinator at the Pulitzer Center since February 2024. Previously, Augustine held the position of Congo Basin Coordinator with the Rainforest Journalism Fund-Pulitzer Center from September 2019 to June 2024, focusing on enhancing the capacity of journalists covering tropical rainforest issues. Prior experience includes working as a Communication Officer at the Wildlife Conservation Society from October 2015 to June 2019.
