Ginika Diji

Ginika Diji, CFA, CEP, is a seasoned professional in equity compensation and procurement management. Currently serving as the Lead Product Manager - Equity at Pulley since September 2025, Ginika previously held multiple roles at Fullstory, including Senior Procurement and Equity Manager and Procurement and Equity Administration Manager. Prior experience includes positions at Shopify as a Senior Stock Plan Administrator and at Lane Caputo Compensation Inc. as a Senior Advisor in Equity Plan Administration. Ginika's background also features a significant tenure at Morgan Stanley, where leadership in Financial Reporting for equity plan implementation was key. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Economics and Human Geography, and a Minor in Geographic Information Systems from the University of Toronto. Additionally, Ginika contributes to the community as a volunteer and member of the Committee for Community Engagement, organizing various charitable initiatives.
