Olivia Ponté has work experience in the hospitality industry. Olivia started their career in 2015 as an Executive Assistant to the SVP Operations Midscale & Upscale Brands at Accor, where they worked until 2017. In 2017, they joined Criterion Hospitality as an Executive Assistant to the Head of Hospitality. Olivia then moved to Radisson Blu Hotel Bordeaux in 2018, where they worked as an EA to the GM until 2021. Currently, they are the PMO & EA to the Managing Director/Regional Vice President Operations at Pullman Paris Montparnasse. Olivia also had a previous role as PMO & EA to the General Manager during the pre-opening and opening of the hotel.
Olivia Ponté attended Université Paul Cézanne from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a Licence in Génie Culinaire et Management Hôtellerie Restauration. Olivia'sfield of study was Hospitality Administration/Management. Additionally, in 2021, they completed a Certificate in Hospitality Management at Cornell University, focusing on Hospitality Administration/Management.
