Tammy Needham

Tammy Needham is an accomplished nursing executive currently serving as Chief Nursing Officer at Pullman Regional Hospital since February 2025. Prior to this role, Tammy held significant leadership positions, including Chief Clinical Officer at Island Health, and Vice President of Nursing/Chief Nursing Officer at UNC Health and UNC Rockingham Health Care.
