Jessica Shore has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities in healthcare and research settings. Jessica is currently serving as the Vice President of Clinical Affairs and Quality at the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation since March 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Research and Programs at the same organization from November 2020 to March 2022.
Before joining the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation, Jessica worked at Loyola University Chicago from June 2015 to November 2020. During their time there, they served as the Senior Director of Sponsored Clinical Research and also held the role of Assistant Professor at the Marcella Niehoff School of Nursing.
Jessica's previous experiences include working at Northwestern Memorial HealthCare as the Manager of the Office of Research from October 2013 to May 2015, and as a Research Compliance Coordinator from October 2011 to September 2013. Jessica also worked at Northwestern University as a Research Nurse from September 2004 to October 2011.
In addition, Jessica gained experience as a Staff Nurse (Casual) in the Float Pool at Northwestern Memorial Hospital from January 2006 to September 2010. Before that, they worked as a Research Nurse at Rush University Medical Center from July 2003 to September 2004, and as a Staff Nurse in the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) at Northwestern Memorial Hospital from May 2002 to July 2003.
Jessica Shore received their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Loyola University Chicago from 1998 to 2002. Jessica then pursued further education and completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Nursing Science at the University of Illinois Chicago from 2007 to 2014.
