Cathy Sun, CPA, currently serves as the Assistant Controller at Pulmonx Corporation since August 2023. Prior to this role, Cathy was the Director of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting at QuinStreet from December 2019 to August 2023, and held various positions at Deloitte from January 2014 to December 2019, including Senior Manager of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting, Audit Manager, Audit Senior, and Audit Senior Assistant. Cathy holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a Master of Arts in Management, Finance, from Wake Forest University, as well as dual Bachelor's degrees in English and Economics from Tsinghua University.
