Sue Cho

Sue Cho is a Food Scientist II at Pulmuone Foods USA, Inc. since June 2021, where responsibilities include developing new dumpling fillings and RTE meal kit sauces, ensuring product quality through extensive testing, and evaluating ingredient replacements for cost reduction. Previously, as a Research and Development and Sensory Specialist, Sue designed and analyzed sensory tests, interpreting statistical data to improve products. Earlier experiences include working as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Sacks Research Lab, Abbaspourrad Lab, and Dr. Steven Beer Lab, focusing on chemical analysis of grape samples, stability testing of spirulina-derived phycocyanin, and microbiological research related to onion farming. Sue holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and Chemical Biology from Cornell University.
