Adam Cooper

Adam Cooper has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Adam currently holds the position of Business Support Director at Pulpex. Prior to this, they served as Business Support Director at Pilot Lite. Adam also has experience as the Group Fleet Director at Biffa and held various roles at Babcock International Group, including Transformation Lead, Head of Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul, Programme Lead, General Manager, and Head of Operations. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Property Manager at Rendall & Rittner and as a Project Manager at Berkeley Group Plc. Adam began their professional journey as a Logistics Officer in the Royal Navy.

Adam Cooper has a Master Practitioner Diploma in Systemic Team Coaching from AoEC - The Academy of Executive Coaching, obtained from 2021 to 2022. Adam also holds a BA (Hons) degree in History and Archaeology (2:1) from the University of Leicester, completed from 1993 to 1996. Additionally, they have a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Administration from The Open University, completed in 2011 to 2012.
