Susan Turnbull has worked in various HR roles throughout their career, including as director of HR at Digital Mobile Spectrum Ltd and as an independent business owner at Inspire HR. Susan has also held positions at companies such as Help for Heroes, Glotel PLC, Carphone Warehouse, Blockbuster, Virgin Interactive Entertainment, and Burton Group. Susan holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Brunel University London and has obtained CIPD qualifications in HRM from Watford Grammar School For Girls.
