Elena Olivari

Co-Founder & Chief Sustainability Officer at PulpWorks

Elena has a background in Green Architecture and Design, Sustainability and Social Corporate Responsibility. Born in Vicenza, Italy, she has practiced for 20 years in the USA and internationally, including Hong Kong and Italy, managing projects of diverse complexity and scale and cultivating strong relationships with clients, consultants and general contractors. Given her long-standing interest in sustainability, Elena is skilled in the methodology of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) reporting according to the rigorous Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards. This systematic report development process includes researching, preparing, connecting, defining, and monitoring - and is most successful when compatible with an organization’s values. PulpWorks has these sustainable values profoundly ingrained in its culture. In fact, the sustainable mission of PulpWorks is the very reason for its existence, and Elena is indeed the chief steward of that mission.

Elena has a M.A. from the Istituto Universitario diArchitettura di Venezia, Italy.
