Meghan Boots has worked in various roles in the tech industry since 2001. Meghan started their career at Macromedia, Inc. as an Events Marketing Specialist in 2001. In 2003, they moved to Visual Resource as an Account Manager. In 2004, they joined Monster Cable Products, Inc. as an Associate Product Category Manager and Business Development. In 2005, they became a National Board Member and held VP and Secretary positions at Butler University. In 2007, they joined Autodesk, Inc. as a Product Marketing Manager. In 2010, they moved to Adobe, Inc. as a Product Marketing Manager- Creative Solutions and Product Marketing: Photography Mobile Strategy Lead. In 2016, they joined bluesalve partners as a Senior Consultant. In 2018, they founded Spur by Boots, utilizing their 20-year career in Silicon Valley to amplify traditionally excluded voices and advance diversity, equity and inclusion. In 2022, they will join Pulsa as the Head of Marketing.
Meghan Boots holds a Bachelor of Science - BS from Butler University, where they majored in Media Arts and minored in Journalism with emphasis in Public Relations. Meghan also attended the University of Westminster, where they studied Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management. In addition, they have obtained two certifications: a Strategies to Foster Inclusive Language at Work certification from LinkedIn in February 2022, and a Pragmatic Marketing Certificate from Pragmatic Marketing in September 2009.
