Hakan Yalcin is an experienced Datacentre Operations Manager with a strong background in data centre management spanning over two decades. Currently managing day-to-day operations at Pulsant's Manchester and Yorkshire Data Centres, Hakan previously held key positions at Daisy Group, Phoenix (IT Infrastructure Services), and Pulsant Limited, overseeing multiple data centre sites, infrastructure maintenance, and operational excellence. Hakan’s career also includes management and technical support roles at Dixons Plc, Ucon Ltd, and Aksa Generators Ltd. Hakan holds several certifications, including Certified Data Centre Management Professional (CDCMP) and ITIL 4 Foundation, along with a BSc (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from Technical University of Yildiz.
