Natasha O'Brien

Natasha O'Brien is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in client account management and sales roles. Currently serving as a Senior Client Success Account Manager at Pulsant since November 2007, Natasha is responsible for maintaining and growing enterprise client relationships while ensuring exemplary service delivery. Previous positions include managing key accounts as a Senior Client Account Manager, contributing to strategic client business strategies, and overseeing client relationships across various levels. Prior to Pulsant, Natasha worked at Chiltern Childcare Recruitment as a Recruitment Consultant, and at Group NBT plc as an Online Sales & Helpdesk Manager, where Natasha managed well over 8,000 customer transactions monthly. Natasha began the career path at Look Property Services as an Office Manager. Natasha holds a BSc (Hons) in Physiology from King's College London, completed in 1998.
