Brittney Nelson, RN BSN, has extensive experience in healthcare technology and patient care. Currently at Pulsara since January 2015, Brittney has held various roles including Business Analyst, Director of Customer Experience, and Client Services Manager, focusing on patient-centric communication solutions. As a Client Services Manager, strategic oversight is provided for the adoption and expansion of the Pulsara Platform. In the role of Implementation Specialist/Stroke Lead, Brittney collaborates with clients to analyze workflows and ensure effective implementation. Prior to Pulsara, Brittney worked at CHRISTUS Trinity Mother Frances Health System as a Stroke Program Coordinator, where responsibilities included serving as a liaison among departments and conducting quality assurance analyses. Brittney began the nursing career as a Registered Nurse at Trinity Mother Frances Hospitals and Clinics. Brittney earned a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from the University of Texas at Tyler.
