Julianne Burgan

Julianne Burgan has extensive experience in software quality assurance and engineering, currently serving as a Senior Test Engineer at Pulsara since April 2019. Prior to this role, Julianne was a Principal Software QA Engineer at Oracle RightNow from April 2011 to March 2019, where responsibilities included both manual and automated regression testing, mentoring, and collaborating with scrum teams. Julianne's earlier positions include Customization Support Engineer and Tier 2 Technical Support Specialist at RightNow Technologies, along with a role as a Java Programming Consultant at Stillwater Mining Company. Julianne holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Montana State University-Bozeman and a Bachelor of Arts in Media and Theater Arts from the same institution.
