Olyvia Shimko

Olyvia Shimko is a Test Engineer at Pulsara since September 2023, with prior experience as a Software Test Engineer in the Tech Industry from April 2022 to September 2023 and as an Associate Test Engineer at Quavo, Inc. from June 2020 to April 2022. Olyvia also held a Development Internship and worked as a researcher at Western Michigan University Gender Studies from November 2019 to June 2020, focusing on differences in experiences of college men and women. At Western Michigan University, Olyvia served as an Associate to Facilities and Recreation from December 2017 to June 2020 and participated in mathematical modeling research regarding run-off absorption rates from pollution in Northern Michigan in collaboration with Western Michigan University's Mathematical Modeling department. Olyvia earned a degree in Applied Mathematics, German language, and Economics from the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences at Western Michigan University between 2016 and 2020.
