Ilaria Accorsi has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries and companies. Ilaria began their career as a Design Engineer at Aeroquip Corporation in 1996. Ilaria then worked at DaimlerChrysler, where they held various roles including Product Engineer, Vehicle Impact and Safety Development Engineer, and Materials Engineering Manager. After that, they joined Fluidmaster in 2008 and worked as a Continuous Improvement Engineer and Testing and Compliance Manager. During their time at Fluidmaster, they implemented effective KPIs, optimized test plans, and developed preventive maintenance plans. In 2011, Accorsi joined PULSCO Inc. as the Engineering Manager, where they mentored teams and implemented a database system to streamline operations. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Strategy and Development at PULSCO Inc.
Ilaria Accorsi pursued their education in engineering, specializing in metallurgy. Ilaria obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar, where they studied Materials and Metallurgy. Following this, they went on to earn a Master of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Idaho, focusing on Metallurgy.
