Tom Day is an award-winning director and the Chief Creative Officer of We Go Again, where they shape a new wave of cinematic, human-driven sports storytelling. They founded Mayhem and served as Creative Director from 2015 to 2018, followed by a role as Director at Outsider from 2019 to 2024. Currently, Tom directs at Pulse Films and leads creative initiatives at We Go Again Studios. Tom earned a Master of Arts from the National Film & Television School and has a background in various educational institutions, including the University of York.
