Traci Gifford

Traci Gifford has a diverse work experience starting from their most recent position as an Account Manager at Pulse Health since January 2022. Prior to that, from January 2015 to December 2021, they worked as a Client Services Manager at TargetCare, where they played a significant role in providing personal guidance and expert support to clients and employees across over 200 worksites in the southeast.

Before TargetCare, Traci worked as a Patient Services Coordinator at Novant Health Bradford Clinic from September 2012 to January 2015. Traci'sresponsibilities included answering phones, scheduling appointments, and updating patient medical records.

Traci also gained experience as a Patient Case Coordinator at Lash Group from August 2009 to June 2011. Traci started their career at The Arc in July 2008 as a Care Provider for children and teenagers with developmental disabilities. During their time there, they primarily cared for a seven-year-old girl with cerebral palsy.

Prior to that, Traci worked as a Front Desk employee at The Cheesecake Factory from June 2006 to August 2007. In 2005, they temporarily filled in as a Receptionist at Dr. Michael E. Bost, D.D.S. during maternity leave and continued to fill in for the same position on multiple occasions in subsequent years.

Traci's work experience demonstrates their ability to handle various roles, including account management, client services, patient coordination, and care provision.

Traci Gifford earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Traci attended the university from 2004 to 2009.
