Joe Cunningham

Joe Cunningham serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Pulse iD since 2025 and is the Founder of adaptev Limited, which focuses on advisory and investments in early-stage businesses, particularly in payments, loyalty, and workflow automation. Joe's extensive experience includes a tenure at Visa from 2008 to 2024, where roles included SVP, Regional Risk Officer for Asia Pacific and VP of Technology Strategy & Innovation. Previously, Joe worked at ANZ from 2000 to 2008 as CIO & Head of Technology for various business units and spent six years at Accenture as a Management Consultant. Joe holds an MBA in Innovation Strategy from the University of Melbourne and a BSc (Hons) in Applied Mathematics & Computing from the University of Limerick.
