Munish Raghuwanshi has a diverse work experience beginning in 2011 when they worked as a Quality Engineer Assistant for Ford Motor Company. In 2013, they were a Manufacturing Engineering Intern for Alcohol Countermeasure Systems Corp. In 2014, they were an Engineering Student for Environment and Climate Change Canada, where they created a greenhouse gas emissions reporting form, a database for oil sands sector, and performed data analysis on Canadian and U.S. greenhouse gas emissions. In this role, they have been developing automatic inspection tools to improve steam processes, using IoT hardware and AI-driven software to predict failures and optimize steam trap replacement for maximum energy savings.
