Munish Raghuwanshi has a diverse work experience beginning in 2011 when they worked as a Quality Engineer Assistant for Ford Motor Company. In 2013, they were a Manufacturing Engineering Intern for Alcohol Countermeasure Systems Corp. In 2014, they were an Engineering Student for Environment and Climate Change Canada, where they created a greenhouse gas emissions reporting form, a database for oil sands sector, and performed data analysis on Canadian and U.S. greenhouse gas emissions. In the same year, they were also a Energy and Facility Project Assistant for University Health Network. In 2015, they were a Co-Founder for BioFlex Implant and an Engineering Sales Intern for HTS Engineering - Heat Transfer Solutions. Most recently, they have been a Business Operations Lead for Pulse Industrial since 2018. In this role, they have been developing automatic inspection tools to improve steam processes, using IoT hardware and AI-driven software to predict failures and optimize steam trap replacement for maximum energy savings.
Munish Raghuwanshi attended the University of Waterloo from 2010 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Chemical Engineering.
