Brooke Moore

Brooke Moore is a certified medical assistant and team lead who has been working in the healthcare field for over 4 years. Brooke currently works as a social media manager at Pulse Labs. Prior to their current position, Brooke worked as a CMA team lead at Froedtert Health Medical Group. In this role, they were responsible for a variety of tasks such as obtaining vital signs, assisting in procedures, collecting urine and blood samples, phlebotomy, and administering vaccines. Brooke was also responsible for administrative duties such as patient paperwork, chart updates, requesting patient records, and corresponding with patients on health maintenance requirements. In addition, they were responsible for coordinating care for well child checks and new born assessments, medication reconciliation, and collecting medical records to update current EMR records from other facilities. Brooke is skilled in maintaining good communication with providers, nursing staff, and front office staff. Brooke is also experienced in coordinating follow up appointments with specialties and daily reviewing charts to anticipate treatment needs such as labs, additional appointments, vaccinations or possible intervention of outside resources.

Brooke Moore has a Bachelor of Applied Science from Broadview College in Medical Office Management/Administration and an Associate of Science from Globe University in Medical/Clinical Assistant. Brooke is certified from AAMA in BLS.
