Matthew Johnston

Matthew Johnston, PMP, CSM, and CSPO, currently serves as the Principal Product Family Owner at PULSE® and previously held the position of Technical Product Manager at Visa, where they focused on enhancing Clarity PPM for a diverse user base. With a strong background in project and account management, they successfully led multimillion-dollar programs and fostered innovation through effective vendor management and cross-functional team leadership. Matthew's earlier roles at Xait and Intelity further developed their expertise in managing enterprise solutions and client relationships, consistently driving operational excellence and user satisfaction. They hold a B.S. in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida and an A.A. in General Studies from Valencia Community College.
